Turbofiner for Recycling Plastic Scrape Plant Turbofiner PLM
Area of Application: The Turbofiner, type PLM is used in recycling operations for the production of finest powder qualities from paper, plastics and scrap tires. High quality products can be directly produces from the powder so achieved. Method of Operation: The material is fed by means of a vibratory feeder, dosing screw or rotary airlock. Due to the manifold variation possibilities of the rotor and the grinding track, the Turbofiner can be adapted to the most different size reduction requirements. The degree of pulverization is determined by the retention time of the material in the grinding zone, the rotation of the rotor, the selection of the grinding elements and the profile of the grinding track. The material to be processed is introduced either by an upstream cyclone separator or directly into a filter. Design: The Turbofiner is manufactured in a strong fabricated design. The beater plates of the rotor can easily be exchanged. There are single bearing and dual bearing shaft assemblies available for utilisation of different rotor designs. The bearing is completely seperated from the grinding chamber, so that neither bearing lubricant can contaminate the material nor material can enter the bearing. The grinding chamber is well accessible for cleaning and maintenance. Technical data:
